Our team is a year round competitive swim team offering high quality professional coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at their level of ability, from novice to international competitor. All of our coaches, as members of USA Swimming, have access to the most comprehensive training and certification programs for youth coaches of any sport in the United States. They provide assurances that time spent in swimming will be quality time. We are a non profit club run by its elected Board of Directors which meets each month. All members are welcome at each meeting and encouraged to be involved in team activities and fundraisers.
New Swimmer Evaluations
Date: Mon. April 8th- Wed. April 10th
Time: 5:30p- 7:30p
Location: Oxford HS Pool
Registration closes Thurs. April 18th
* Minimum of one length (25yds) consistent swimming
* Returning swimmers from last season do not need to come for evaluations
* Practice levels and schedule will be announced by Sat. 4/20
* For families with more than one swimmer: First swimmer registration fee is at the rate listed for each program, any subsequent swimmers will be discounted $50 each

Yankee League Spring Training
Dates: April 22nd- June 7th (7 weeks)
Resident: $275 / Non-Res: $325
Registration closes Thurs. April 18th
* Practice schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
* No YL meets currently planned for the spring but looking to plan a friendly or intersquad meet!
* Practice levels and schedule will be announced by Sat. 4/20

USA Swimming - Long Course (LCM):
Dates: April 22nd-July 31st (15 weeks)
Resident: $750 / Non-Res: $800
Registration closes Thurs. April 18th
* Spring practice schedule (until end of school): Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday
* Summer practice schedule (after school is out): Monday through Friday
* Must register with USA Swimming before attending USA practices
* Multiple LCM meets May-July (TBD) & Championships in July (see below)
* Families are responsible for splash fees associated with swimmers’ events at each meet, to be invoiced
* Dryland workouts on Sat morning during spring; Tues & Thurs mornings during summer (exact dates & time TBA)
* Some practices at a 50m Long Course pool
* If interested in open water swimming please let Coach Brian know!
* Practice levels and schedule will be announced by Sat. 4/20
* If you are a USA swimmer during the long course season you do not need to register for any YL programs!

* Practice schedule: Monday, Wednesday, Friday
* No YL meets during the summer due to pool hours
* New swimmers will need an evaluation, please email to arrange an evaluation
* Practice levels/schedule will be sent out the following week
