Effective 45 minute format gives you the best of both - cardio and weights combined to maximize your results! 

Requires mat and 2 sets of dumbbells - Light (2-5lb) and Heavy (5-10lb)

Strength Fusion - Monday
A total body workout that combines many different class styles into one workout. Full body weight exercises are combined with strength training using light and heavy dumbbells to strengthen the entire body.

Boot Camp - Wednesday
A total body workout that combines many different class styles into one workout. Get a mix of strength training and intense heart pumpin’ cardio drills. Develop speed, agility, strength, endurance and flexibility through challenging strength and cardio exercises.
