HIIT, or high-intensity interval training is a total body, heart pumping, aerobic and strength conditioning workout. The first 45 minutes will consist of body weight exercises, strength training with dumbbells and cardio drills. The last 15 minutes will be sculpting and cool down.
Requires Mat and 2 sets of dumbbells - Light (2-5lb) and Heavy (5-10lb)
