Oxford Memorial Day 5k (5/28)
Training involves 3 runs a week - 2 with the team and 1 on your own.
Practices missed are to be made up on your own. Practice takes place rain or shine, except thunderstorms.
All participants must sign a waiver to participate in the program.
Practice is held Thursdays at 6:00pm and Sunday mornings at 8:00am

We will start on one of the tracks in Oxford for 3 weeks and then transfer to the roads for the last 6 weeks. *First location to be announced.
*COUCH TO 5K SPECIAL CANCELLATION INFORMATION
There are no refunds once the members start this program. This is a progressive program so there are no makeup practices should practice have to be canceled. That being said practice takes place rain or shine unless there is a thunderstorm. All missed practices are to be made up on your own.
