Couch to 5K Training Program

Do you want to run a 5K? Don't know how to train? Need support and advice? Join our team and we will get you to the finish line. The team will participate in a local 5K upon completion of training.
Training involves 3 runs a week - 2 with the team and 1 on your own.
Practices missed are to be made up on your own. Practice takes place rain or shine, except thunderstorms.
All participants must sign a waiver to participate in the program.
Practice is held Wednesdays at 6:00pm and Sunday mornings at 6:30am

We will start on the Oxford High School track for 3 weeks and then transfer to Great Oak Rd for the last 6 week.

There are no refunds once the members start this program. This is a progressive program so there are no makeup practices should practice have to be canceled. That being said practice takes place rain or shine unless there is a thunderstorm. All missed practices are to be made up on your own.
