Mr. Cranwell's Kids Boot Camp

Boot Camp is to teach students new exercises, proper form and technique within a circuit training boot camp workout. The boot camp will promote fun through fitness and teach students the benefits of exercise as well as create an enjoyment of being active and healthy.
Workouts will be different each week, but listed are different parts of the boot camp that would be involved.
Bosu Ball stability
TRX Bands for body weight exercises
Light weights (3lb, 5lb) - depends on age
4 lb Kettle Bells
Cross Country Ski Machine
Cargo net climb
