Light weights
Boot Camp is to teach students new exercises, proper form and technique within a circuit training boot camp workout.  The boot camp will promote fun through fitness and teach students the benefits of exercise as well as create an enjoyment of being active and healthy.

  • GRADES: 3 - 5
  • TIMES: 4:15 - 5:30
  • DAYS/DATES: Session I Tuesday April 24 - May 22 (5 weeks)

  • Students should only sign up for 1 class - Tues or Thurs

  • Note: Students will remain after school in the gym under the direction of Mr. Cranwell who has bus duty. Please bring a drink and snack.
