Pure Strength
Develop strength and muscular endurance as well as functional movements using a variety of controlled exercises.  Full body weight exercises are combined with strength training using light and heavy dumbbells to strengthen the entire body.

Strength training benefits:
  • Increase strength for everyday activities
  • Improves bone density and reduces possible fractures as you age
  • Helps promote lean body mass
  • Reduces anxiety, improves self-esteem and confidence
  • Tightens and tones your body

  • Requires: Mat, 3 sets of dumbbells - Light (2-5lb), Medium (5-8lb) and Heavy (8-10lb)
  • Session Dates: September 20 - November 1, 2018
