Pure Strength
Develop strength and muscular endurance as well as functional movements using a variety of controlled exercises.  Full body weight exercises are combined with strength training using light and heavy dumbbells to strengthen the entire body.

  • Session II Days/Dates: Thursdays Feb. 21 - April 11 (8 Classes)
  • Time: 6:15- 7:00pm
  • Location: Quaker Farms School
  • Cost: $48 Resident, $58 Non-Resident (8 Classes)
  • Requires: Mat, 3 sets of dumbbells - Light (2-5lb), Medium (5-8lb) and Heavy (8-10lb)
  • Drop-In: $8

SPRING SESSION
Session II Days/Dates: Thursdays April 25 - June 6 Thursdays
Time: 6:15- 7:00pm
Location: Quaker Farms School
Cost: $42 Resident, $52 Non-Resident (7 Classes)
Requires: Mat, 3 sets of dumbbells - Light (2-5lb), Medium (5-8lb) and Heavy (8-10lb)
