Pure Strength
Develop strength and muscular endurance as well as functional movements using a variety of controlled exercises.  Full body weight exercises are combined with strength training using light and heavy dumbbells to strengthen the entire body.

Strength training benefits:

Time: 6:15- 7:00pm
Location: Quaker Farms School
Cost: $42 Resident, $52 Non-Resident (7 Classes)
Requires: Mat, 3 sets of dumbbells - Light (2-5lb), Medium (5-8lb) and Heavy (8-10lb)
Drop-In: $8
