Jail Ball is a dodgeball game that students at Oxford Center School play and is by far the most popular game that students every week want to play.  Jail ball works on students throwing, catching and dodging skills in a high energy activity that will provide students a workout and promote fair play and teamwork.
 
4:00 PM - 5:15 PM    Afternoon Yoga (Adults) - Afternoon Yoga
 
6:00 PM - 7:00 PM    STRENGTH WITH A KICK - Strength With a Kick (Wednesdays)
A fun and effective, 60 Minute strength and cardio workout.  This format gives you the best of both - cardio and weights combined to maximize your results!  Heart pumping kickboxing moves and full body weight exercises at a quick no nonsense pace.Requires a Mat and 2 sets of Dumbbells - Light (2-5lb) and Heavy (5-10lb)
